Application: ALGIGROUT NS 200 is a high strength free flow non shrink grout for machinery foundation. ALGIGROUT NS 200 is a ready to use premixed cementatious grout which on addition with water produces non shrink grout with slight expansion. It is free from chlorides and iron particles which can be used for faster and easier installation of static and vibrating machinery foundation. It is used in grouting foundation of turbines, sugar mills, steel rolling mills, textile, cement, paper plants, refineries etc.
Coverage: ALGIGROUT NS 200 bags can be calculated by considering the yield of 24.0 Ltrs/50 kg bag.

High Early Strength Free Flow Epoxy Grout For Machinery Foundation
Usage: 3 days compressive strength achieved is 900 Kg/cm². It is suitable for crane, drop forgers and heavy dynamic loads etc.
Application Method: Mix ALGIGROUT EPX resin, hardener to uniform consistency and then add quartz and mix to uniform color. Pour this in the foundation.
Coverage: For 1 Litre of volume to be grouted 1.4 kg ALGIGROUT EPX is needed.
