Water Reducing Concrete Plasticizers

Properties: It is highly economical plasticizer recommended for M15 to M30 grade concrete. It makes concrete cohesive and reduces bleeding. Improves compressive strength, reduces w/c ratio by 10-15%. Recommended for use in places of congested reinforcement such as concrete canals, RCC slabs, beams and columns, cement floor tiles, cement clay blocks, plastic mould tiles etc. and also for industrial floor concreting that will take Floor hardener.

Application Method: Pre-dilute with water and then add to wet concrete mix.

Coverage: 75 ml to 200ml per 50 Kg bag of cement. Suggested dosage is 140 ml/ bag.

Retarding Super Plasticizer For Concrete

Properties: ALGISUPERPLAST-575 is a powerful super plasticizer without much set retardation (at normal dosage range) that gives a slump retention of 1.5 hours to 2.5 hours at normal dosage and is recommended for hot weather concreting. It also allows for reduction in the free water content of mix by 10-20% when concrete slumps is not increased when compared to control.

Dosage: ALGISUPERPLAST-575 should be added to concrete mix at ratio of 200-500 ml to 50 Kg of cement. Recommended to make field trial to determine optimum ratio.

Napthalene Based High Range Water Reducing Super Plasticizer

Properties: Recommended for M30 to M50 grades of concrete. It gives very high early & final compressive strength. It reduces w/c ratio by 12-20%. Recommended for pile foundation, paver blocks, plastic mould, cement tiles etc., Recommended for high quality concrete that needs to be placed within half an hour and where very high early strength is required.

Dosage: 150 to 300 ml per 50 Kg bag of cement. Suggested dosage is 300 ml/bag

Emulsified Light Reflective Wax & Water Based Curing Compound

Properties: Reduces water evaporation to less than relevant ASTM standards Economical. Eliminates water curing. By reflecting sunlight it reduces concrete temperature and hence reduces cracking of concrete.

Application Method: To be applied by spray on fresh (Green) concrete/plaster before final set. (Just after evaporation of surface water)

Coverage: 3.25 square meter per litre for vertical areas and 4 square meter per litre for horizontal areas.

Poly Carboxylate Ether Based New Generation Superplasticizer For Concrete

Properties: ALGIHYPERPLAST-N100 is recommended for site batching plant mixed concrete of M50, M60 or higher grade concrete and where very high water reduction of 30-40% early and final strength is required or where colorless superplasticizer is required. It is also used in mix M60 where collapse slump is need at w/c of 0.3. Improves cohesive properties of concrete, reduces segregation and bleeding. It saves cement through economy in mix design and allows early demoulding, speeds up construction and allows for higher rotation of moulds.

Dosage: ALGIHYPERPLAST-N100 should be added to the concrete mix in the ratio of 100-400ml to 50 kg cement. Field trials should be conducted to determine the optimum ratio, for which a dosage of 200 ml to 50 kg of cement is recommended as a trial dosage.

Low Dosage Retarding & Water Reducing Admixture For Concrete

Properties: It is suitable for transportation of concrete over long distance. It is recommended for M15 to M30 grade concrete. Highly economical with very low dosage. Makes concrete very cohesive, especially recommended for concreting of dams canals, site mixed concrete, batching plant concrete etc.

Application Method: Pre-dilute with water and then add to wet concrete mix.

Dosage: 100ml to 200 ml per 50Kg bag of cement. Suggested dosage is 150 ml/bag.
